These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, free trainings, digital products, courses, software, and services offered by Internet Moguls (“Internet Moguls,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for a training, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Internet Moguls provides business education and software for entrepreneurs, coaches, course creators, and others who sell their knowledge online. Our offerings include, among others: free live and automated web trainings; the Auto Webinar Conversion Starter Pack (a digital toolkit); and The Internet Mogul System™ (an online course with an accompanying AI software toolset). Products are delivered digitally and access is provided immediately or shortly after purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from or use our services. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider (Whop) and any payment methods they support, including buy-now-pay-later and installment options. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges.
We stand behind our products, and we also protect against abuse. Our refund terms below are the exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with a purchase.
Our free trainings are provided at no cost. There is nothing to refund.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase by emailing us at the address in Section 12. Refunds are limited to one per customer. After 14 days, all sales of the Starter Pack are final.
You are covered by our 30-Day Build Guarantee. If, within thirty (30) days of purchase, you have done the work — completed the core modules and used the system and included tools to build your automated webinar — and you still do not have a complete, launch-ready result, email us within the 30-day window and we will refund every penny. You may keep any materials you have built. To qualify, you must be able to show the work you completed. Requests made after 30 days, or without demonstrated use of the program, do not qualify.
Email us at the address in Section 12 with your order details and, where applicable, evidence of your work, within the applicable window above. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Upon a refund (other than where a published guarantee states you keep your materials), your license and access to the applicable product are revoked.
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own business use. All content, courses, software, templates, scripts, frameworks, and trademarks are owned by Internet Moguls or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share login credentials, publicly post, or create derivative products from our materials without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse our services, including by: sharing or reselling access; attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape our software; using our materials for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose; or infringing the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund.
Our programs provide education and tools. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales, or results. Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or figures shared by us or our clients are real but are not typical and are not a guarantee of your results. Your outcome depends on many factors within and outside your control, including your offer, your market, your effort, and your execution. Nothing on our sites or in our programs is a promise of income. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and results, and for complying with all laws applicable to your business and advertising.
Testimonials and client results reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not a promise that you or anyone else will achieve the same or similar results. Individual results vary based on effort, experience, and market conditions.
We use third-party services (including Whop for payments and other tools) to deliver our products. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services, content, or availability.
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Internet Moguls and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any formal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for at least thirty (30) days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
